Returns
We do not accept returns, as perfume is a personal-use product.

However, we may offer a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

The product was damaged or broken during transit

You received the wrong item
How to Request a Refund:

Contact us at ohnegativeinfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
